2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with incorrect or false information will be closed. If any information changes, the user must notify 233bd immediately.
2.4 Account Security
It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the 233bd support team immediately.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
Funds can be deposited on the 233bd platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. You must use the correct amount and reference number when depositing — otherwise there may be a delay in processing.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made.
3.3 Payment Verification
For large withdrawal amounts, 233bd may carry out an identity verification process. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other valid identification. Withdrawals may be held until this process is completed.
3.4 Currency
All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For bank transfers, the user may be required to bear any applicable bank charges.

4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in wagers before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses will be considered fraudulent activity.
- 233bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.4 VIP Program
The 233bd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver offers 0.7%, and Gold offers up to 1.0%. Tier level changes based on betting consistency and activity.
Prohibited Activities & Usage Restrictions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 233bd platform. Violating these restrictions may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of your balance.
- Money laundering or transacting through illegal funds.
- Match fixing or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event.
- Operating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Betting with the aid of software, bots, or automated tools.
- Using a false identity or a third party's card or account.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Arbitrage betting or systematic wagering strategies aimed at guaranteed profit.

Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets will not be accepted if there are insufficient funds in the balance. If a bet is not properly recorded due to a technical issue, 233bd may void that bet and return the staked amount.
6.2 Event Cancellation & Result Changes
If a match or event is cancelled, all bets on that event will be voided and the full stake will be returned to the balance. In the event of a result change, 233bd will make the final decision at its own discretion.
6.3 Limits & Responsible Gaming
Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits if they wish. A self-exclusion option is also available, which blocks access to the platform for a specified period. Contact the 233bd support team to use this feature.
6.4 Technical Errors
If a software or hardware fault causes an incorrect result to appear in any game, 233bd reserves the right to void that round and apply the correct result. If a player is disconnected from a game due to internet loss, the result saved on the server will be considered final.

8.3 Fund Return Policy
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bonus funds will be forfeited. However, legitimately deposited principal funds will generally be returned, unless those funds are connected to fraudulent activity. A decision will be made in each case following an investigation.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
